  They have a nice staff by taking out the car, nice and clean cars! but when you return it they have a ugly staff, that make sure to make more money for Avis When I took out my car the guy told me "we have all car damage in our system" when I returned it he checked my car and didn't find anything he took out his phone turned on his light he walked around the car again finally spotted a small scratch and he said this is NEW (neeyou... in hebru). So when you renting a car by Avis take out your phone and take pictures from everything befor, if not Avis staff are going to charge you for scratches you never saw and made

  Beware of fraudulent behaviour!!! I made a reservation from abroad on line for a fixed amount and when I arrived for my pickup, they told me that there is a hidden cost in the amount of 100% of the price I had already paid online! When I tried to explain that it was not indicated anywhere online that there will be any extra costs, they simply told me to refer to their customer service. When you ask for the papers where it says that the extra costs are mandatory ("the fine print"), they don't provide anything! Since you already made plans with the car, they put you in a "take it or leave it" situation, where you have limited days to go around and you have to get the car there and then. Moreover, I was lied to by the agent (I think he was the manager of the office). I managed to negotiate the "extra cost" to, some 75% of the initial amount they sought, and then I signed the papers (where they just tick boxes you don't understand) to get my car. Upon return of the car to Ben Gurion airport, the guy there tells me that I had actually agreed to 100% of the price! It was only after making a significant fuss at the airport agency did they reduce the price to the initial 75%, saying that "this was not what you agreed to, but it is the best that we can do for you". I think I was arguing with that guy for, like 20 minutes or more late in the evening and I just got on his nerves. If I had not, and just signed off, I would have discovered the fraud only after the money got taken from my account, some two weeks later, and you can't do anything. Just to mention, the client who was in from of me at the agency had the exact same problem. He was a middle-aged American who was just really disappointed and didn't want to make a fuss. So, in short, do not rent here. Better go and find an honest and straight-forward agency.

  לצערי הרב חווינו חוויה נורא היום עם AVIS וכדאי שהציבור ידע מה לצפות. לקוחות שלי היו היום לצערי בתאונת דרכים באיזור וקנעם. לא אשמתם בכלל ולמזלנו כולם יצאו בסדר אבל הרכב לא היה נמצב שהיה אפשרי לנסוע בו. ישר התקשרנו לAVIS ואמרו שהחילוץ יגיע תוך שעתיים. אפילו אמרו שישתדלו לזרז כמה שאפשר כי היינו באמצע כלום בלי אוכל, בלי שרותים ובתוך הגשם, אחרי תאונה. דיברתי אם נציגה ב12.15 שאמרה שהחילוץ כבר בדרך. ב13.30 הרמתי טלפון שוב. "הם בדרך ויצרו איתך קשר". ב14.00 קיבלתי שיחה. "אנחנו יוצאים עכשיו מחיפה". אמרצי שאין סיכוי שיגיעו עד 14.15, זאת אומרת שעתיים מהשיחה המקורית. "יש לנו עד 14.30 להגיע, נגיע עד 14.40, לא נורא" לא נורא אם אכלתם צוהוריים אולי.... 14.45 אין חדש. מתקשר שוב. "יגיעו עוד 20 דקות. " 15.15 מתקשר שוב. "הם כבר מגיעים" 15.30 אנחנו מקבלים שיחה. "אני יוצא עכשיו מחיפה" בסוף הגיעו ב16.15, 4 שעות אחרי השיחה. מה שהיה הכי מעצבן - אף אחד לא חשב לעגכן אותנו. בארבע שעות היינו יכולים לחפש ולהזמין משהו לאכול, מקום להיות בפנים מחוץ לגשם, אבל למרות ההבטחה של AVIS להגיע הכי מהר במצב של תקלה בפרוספקט שלהם, חשוב להבין שאי אפשר לסמוך על זה או אפילו שמישהו יחשוב לעדכן. ואף אחד חשב שאולי כדאי להתנצל פשוט גרוע.

  Anywhere will be better than this hole. Horrible receptionist. She charged 1000 usd without asking. Cannot be worse. Very rude and aggressive. She shouldn’t be seating there paid to display horrible ignorance and attitude. Scoffs at customer. Find else where until they have a receptionist with some education. The worst car rental place you could find anywhere. Horrible.
