  1.5 hour wait time to pick up car at pre-arranged time. Deposit not released ($800) after 4 weeks and 3 phone calls.

  With a long rent car experience in Israel, I had the best experience with that place and all the staff- for sure the best service, very friendly and honestly. more than just rent car office. my first time that I’m really satisfied from rent car office and for that I’m write that review- high recommend place for rent a car.

  Extremely satisfied with everything. Friendly. Fast. Competent. Used their service on 2 different days. Both were just Flawlessly.

  Avoid this place. All of my visitors who rented a car there (Thrifty) had an issue. One Booked a car bur the car was not ready and not given, my friend had to go to hertz and rent the car from here. They refused to refund him. An other booked a very good car and was given the car from the bellow category without compensation (Renaud Capture instead of Mercedes ..) Overall the owner is disrespectful of customer and is often insulting. Pay the difference and go somewhere else

  השכרתי רכב בשדה תעופה של טרפתי אלבר ולקחו פעמיים כסף על הרכב שהחזרתי את האוטו אמרתי להם שהכול שולם אבל הם לא זה מה שאתה צריך לשלם ואז אני רואה חויבתי פעמיים התקשרתי למוקד שלהם ואמרו לי שזה טעות מהמשרד אבל עבר יומיים עדיין הכסף לא הוחזר כנראה שאפנה לתלונות הציבור לשר זה תרגיל שעושים אם תופסים אותם אז אולי יחזירו גנבים ממש אל תתקרבו לחברה הזאת אם הכי גרועים מההשכרות שהשכרתי בשדה
