    Pretty mediocre service. Staff not very friendly. One lady at the desk training another, so not enough people to help all the customers. Took about 20 Minutes to complete all the formalities. Have to wait another 10 Minutes for my car to be brought to me.... it is at another location... so donโ€™t be in a hurry if you have to drop off or pick up a car.

    Attention, RACIST employee This Feedback is for the Europcar Station at the TLV Airport: At the beginning very friendly and courteous, which changed, after i had to tell the young guy the city of my residence, which is the arabic hometown of my grandparents. Although the facts that the city belongs to Israel, as Netanya or Haifa does (what I mentioned multiple times) and that i have the Israeli and German citizenship, he denied delivering me a car, arguing that I โ€žcould take the car to Palestineโ€œ or โ€ždrive outside Israelโ€œ. After a long discussion and pointing out, that the way he is acting is illegal, he changed his mind, but offered me a higher price, than previously discussed.

    Die รœbernahme des Fahrzeugs und auch anschliessend die Rรผckgabe in Jerusalem verlief insgesamt reibungslos. Viele Kommentare beziehen sich auf technische Probleme und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt haben wir keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht.

    Horrible customer service. The car stopped working a night before returning it, which was freaking dangerous in the middle of the road. They offered a car lift and an exchange car within 3 hours, which wasn't relevant because it was the last night with the car and waiting 3 hours would kill the night.Therefore I went there the next morning to ask to get the money back for the last day - they said they'd call me at the same day and make a discount, and basically tried to get rid of me. Never heard for them. Let alone the fact that I paid online and was asked to pay more when I got there - much more - which the order on the website didn't mention. Do yourselves a favor and just stay away.
