::The branch is located by BIG mall and easily accessible by bus. The guard at the door and the tellers were professional and polite. I arrived slightly before the 8:30 AM opening time. There were a small number of people waiting. The guard was working and give us numbers. The door opened on time. Cellular phone access from within the branch was good. I needed to do some of my business with Leumi customer service. I was able to do so without leaving the branch but would have been better off this time doing it at home. My actual branch is in Modi'in Ilit but I now live in Ramat Beit Shemesh. I needed to pick up a new credit card so they sent it to the branch in Beit Shemesh. They do have a branch in Ramat Beit Shemesh which would have been better. The SMS simply gave the branch number and not the address which was confusing. Things though worked out adequately.
