  Move to another bank in my life I have not experienced such a bad service ...... Waiting for hours for someone to answer the call center There is no one to talk to

  The branch is located by BIG mall and easily accessible by bus. The guard at the door and the tellers were professional and polite. I arrived slightly before the 8:30 AM opening time. There were a small number of people waiting. The guard was working and give us numbers. The door opened on time. Cellular phone access from within the branch was good. I needed to do some of my business with Leumi customer service. I was able to do so without leaving the branch but would have been better off this time doing it at home. My actual branch is in Modi'in Ilit but I now live in Ramat Beit Shemesh. I needed to pick up a new credit card so they sent it to the branch in Beit Shemesh. They do have a branch in Ramat Beit Shemesh which would have been better. The SMS simply gave the branch number and not the address which was confusing. Things though worked out adequately.

  They swallowed my card while the ATM machine was rebooting!!!😡😡 Also horrible service, they had one person to deposit cash.
