  Ils piègent le client en persevant un acompte de pré réservation de 12€, et annoncent ensuite qu’il n’y a pas de véhicule disponible pour le moment Je me rends à l’agence à la date de réservation, on m’annonce qu’il n’y a pas de véhicule sauf si je paye un supplément. Ainsi, quand vous réservez vous êtes engagé mais eux ne le sont pas. Chez tous les loueurs, quand il n’y a pas de véhicule dans la catégorie demandée , on propose un véhicule supérieur sans supplément. PAS CHEZ ELDAN. PUS JAMAIS ELDAN qui pratique systématiquement l’abus de confiance

  Be seriously advised before renting here and do your homework. This company is NOT a friendly happy-go-lucky type of business with the intention of having satisfied repeat customers. The setup at both the local branches and the airport car return site is completely opposite of the impression that their website gives you. With my specific rental, which were for five days, I was given a car from a lower price/car group at the parking lot after having booked online and having the rental comfirmed both after the online booking and at the local office in which I choose to pick up the car. When I adressed the issue upon seeing the car I was told that it was the same group even though the information on their website clearly states orherwise. At the car rental drop off at the airport I was told to call customer service if I wanted to seek a refund for the amount overpayed or complain, even though I stated that I lived in another country and calling wasn't a very convinient option.

  Am avut o reservarea pe 67 de euro, ei au luat de la mine din carte de credit peste 250 de euro . au zis ca pe loc sa skimbat preturile.
