  It's just awful. People are waiting for hours. There is a shortage of manpower. We work in the method. We came from time to time and every time we have to pay parking.

  Writing for my mother who has never encountered such a shocking service in her life. The clerk who received my mother spoke to her contemptuously, barely looking at her. My mother is hard of hearing, and the clerk really did not care if she understood or did not understand. Most of the time she talked to her friend in a nearby booth and did not refer to my mother at all. Just awful
