  I wanted to unroll a whole mask of inappropriate references and then I came across the last 2 opinions here that best exhaust the mental anguish and disappointment from the service and reference in the branch ... mainly the things are said about the new generation of the bank's clerical staff .. !!!! ("Generation Who did not know Joseph "). For those who do not owe Masad Bank that will save their lives and money from the Rishon Lezion branch ... !!!

  Shocking bank, long waiting times, telephone unresponsiveness, unpleasant staff, and ineffective. My recommendation is to stay away.

  25 years we in this bank. good - my opinion/ but it’s a pity that they stopped accepting checks in envelopes - it was convenient

  We switched to a bank from another bank. Do not make this mistake. This is a bad bank at the highest levels, service under all criticism and disgusting and alienating treatment. We are sorry that we moved to this bad bank during which we only lost money and did not contribute anything to us
