  יקר מאד!! סניף ההחזרה רחוק מהטרמינל. המתנה ארוכה ולא סבירה בהחזרת הרכב. שערוריה. אנשים צריכים להגחע לטיסה ומתעכבים שעה וחצי בהחזרה (הלי שחלילה היתה תאונה או נזק).

  Mixed feelings, every time we order a car they promise us will be ready, but twice when we travelled, we had to wait to get thr correct car. One time we had to wait 2 days, this last trip, we had to wait 1 hour at the airport for them to find the car, and when they did, it was not in best shape. they did exchange the car 3 days later. Just very upsetting when you travel for 20 hours and just want to load your luggage in the car that was confirmed also one week before our trip, and boom. wait for the car for an hour. Oh well.

  Szybko, sprawnie i uprzejmie. Aby oddać samochód wjeżdżamy na lotnisko, ignorujemy znaki na zwroty innych firm i jedziemy na terminal 3, gdzie już po drodze znajdziemy znaki na "Hertz car return". Tam na parkingu podchodzi ktoś z obsługi, krótka rozmowa, podpis i można iść. Dwa kroki na terminal 3 lub do darmowego busa na terminal 1 (jeżdżą co kwadrans, 24/7).
