  Very not honest on car booking, and prices are completely different then what you book, long wait on getting car or check in or out is time consuming Must give full and real prices on cars and make sure to include full insurance When booking is made .

  המחיר שילש את עצמו מהזמנה שבוצעה דרך בדאגט באינטרנט עם תירוץ עלוב של ביטוח. זאת לא הפעם הראשונה שאני משכיר רכב.בארץ או בחול. לפחות פעם בחודש. שלא יבלבלו לי את השכל.

  We have arrived to Ben Gurion budget counter to get an insulting attitude from the representative at the counter, Ana. Never in my years of renting cars in Israel I have come across this kind of none service, she was rude arrogant and un polite. Shame to have this kind of welcome to Israel and that Budget don’t look for people who enjoys their work. The representative is the face of the company, not good impression. For us with budget it’s first time, but for sure last time.
