  Terminal 1 at Ben Gurion is the drop off place . Take care, See firs on google map the correct place.

  The poorest service customer I have ever had. I got a flat tire and the key / tool to change it wasn't fit for the screws of the tire. It took me more than 2 hrs to get somebody from the customer service that speak in english. In total 5 hrs until they sent a mechanic to fix it and they didn't want to put me a taxi to the airport since I was about to lose my flight. Now they've told me it will take 15 days until they reply to my complain.

  Don’t use Avis. Other locations may be great but the one at Ben Gurion is horrible. Our rental got a flat tire on the freeway so we put the spare on and drove the van back to the airport. The people at the car return were no help. They basically told us oh well it’s on you to go find somewhere to fix it. Don’t know if this is the standard with Avis but usually if there is a problem with your rental you bring it back to the company and they either fix it or switch it out. This is my first review ever so the fact that I’m taking time out to type this out should say a lot. Save yourself a headache and don’t use Avis.
