  Each more broken official than the other does not return to inquiries that open in the app Oh well they barely know how to use the mouse and keyboard what I expect from them

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly the worst service, poorest communication, slowest response time, and most disorganized branches of any organization, of any kind, that I've ever had to deal with. Unhelpful and archaic (why must everything me mailed and done in person?!). No one answers the phones. Frequent holidays and three-hour (WHY!?) lunch breaks ensure that no one is ever working (ie. you have what seems to be a 20 minute window in which to do anything at the bank). Employees don't know what they're doing and frequently debate things with one another (eg. can or can't you add a spouse to a student account if the spouse isn't a student?). They're unwilling to go the extra mile for you...even if the mile is rather short and easily traversed (eg. simply hand me checks I've ordered before going on your three hour siesta). If you open a foreign account (eg. a student account), more problems abound. You need an Israeli ID# to do make any changes to your account (as part of double-identification security), though they know good and well you don't have an Israeli ID# (and no...visa numbers and issue dates don't always work). There are no English options on the phones so that any phone number they provide to help solve your problems almost feels like a cruel joke; you end up listening to recordings of Hebrew that never connect you to living people. I can't say enough about how bad Hapoalim is. Just horrible, horrible, horrible. There really isn't a way to describe with words how terrible the bank and its service are.
