    My credit card was supposed to arrive two weeks ago. Still isn't there. Wasted more than 30 minutes waiting before they told me so. Not even an apologie from the banker. Edit 10 days later: I just went back. Even worse experience though this time they had the card. But the banker when asked for help to get the code destroyed it in front of me. She didn't even apologize. She didn't make any effort to help me get the code from another way and said it was not possible for me to get it by phone. She had spent more time on the phone than speaking with me but had the nerve to tell me she didn't have time to "help" me further because of other clients. When I said I will change of bank, it suddenly became possible to get my code by sms...

    I wasted 40 minutes waiting (and there were not many customers). I got promises to get back to me the next day. A few days have passed since then, and no one has called me. I have not received a solution for the service for which I pay. Not only are customers wasting a lot of time, they are also not providing the service.

    Fucking service while I wait an hour !! People who are regular customers came after and received service. The officials change the order of numbers as they see fit. There's nowhere to turn, I thought of moving to this branch and what a chance after they gave me an unwanted feeling. After I contacted the principal the only answer she had to give me was that there was another one before !! You will learn to give service to the casual as well as the regular !! Just an unpleasant feeling and being dehydrated !!
