  when there is a rain plenty of water next to the disable parking entrance close to castro .lot of water even the disable person can not get out from the vehicle .when you come to zim center bring small boat you will have a fun.. owner do not care about the complain people who coming there .and always may vehicles use to block the way to enter to the building .
