::We ordered delivery at 6pm At 19:10 they call to say that an item from the order is missing🤦♀️ The question is why after an hour and 10 minutes, when the order was already due to arrive remember to call? Silence from the other side, not even a half-apology. Take out the urge to even get the shipment.
