::A branch that can not be reached by phone, but only that they will get back to you, and even when they get back to you then a representative will come back to you who can not help you with the account but only give a message to whoever handles your account to get back to you. Very poor service, I would not recommend anyone to open an account there.

::I've never encountered such a bad service. There is no phone call at the branch at any time, calls are disconnected (apparently due to a malfunction in the branch) and there is no return from a depositor! If you are not at the Kirya, you can not get there and you are terribly welcome. Below all criticism.
