  הייתי בראש השנה במלון. מקום מאוד מיוחד ואינטימי עם סוויטות יפות.מאוד נהנתי.

  This is not the West hotel. That is a couple miles north. This is the Leonardo hotel. When google brought me here, the people at the Leonardo were very nice and directed me to the West.

  Bad service, it may be winter in Israel but it's hot and air condition didn't worked at all. The windows and the doors didn't worked properly at all and they got stuck all the time. Will never come back. Newspaper we never received because they finish giving it to the employees that took it actually to their homes, the manager all the time yelling on his staff, it felt like a jungle
