  Loved the experience , loved the room I got (11th floor), the beds, pillows ! , shower , little electric pot stand and mugs. My kids had the greatest time. For religious people, please note there's no shabbat elevator and don't think there are shabbat keys. The continental breakfast was beautiful and more than I expected. Everyone at the dining room was super gracious and kind , and especially especially the one who asked us what we'd like to drink. I forgot to get his name and I apologize because special shout out to him. He wore a suit and blue shirt, spoke Spanish as well, and offered my kids hot chocolate which the barista made with cute hearts in the milk foam and they were all about it. Totally gave them the luxurious experience they deserve. This was their second time in a hotel in their lives and therefore all the more meaningful. Thank you for the attention to detail, Isrotel Tower ❤️. Also, the smell in the lobby is ridiculously addictive. Great experience all around. Also, location is bomb.

  Great location, good service and staff. We took the tower room which is very big and great with kids. down side- the building area and entrance can be not so nice specially at night, with some homeless ... parking also expensive.

  Excellent in every sense .... . Had an amazing time here with my Wife🥰
