::Horrible time westing
Amir A.
::The service is friendly and they hand cancel outgoing mail upon request; but there were no postage stamps, and the number machine didn't print out tickets, which led to people not knowing when it was their turn to approach the counter.
Elena D. Tolstaya
::The service is horrible! I must get an international package and for some reason pay for it. One should order a number in electronic queue. So goes Day One.When I came to receive my package on appointed time there was a physical queue one can see every day when passing Agripas 42 in Jerusalem. Nothing near electronic! The same two dozen breathing each other in the face. So goes Day 2. I connect to the same operator asking how I can pay from home. Instead of answering she says there is a separate queue for paying (not the same as for receiving) . She gives me a queue. Shalom, Day 3!

::Convenient busy downtown post office. Many windows are staffed and the waiting time can be a matter of a minute or two. Service with a smile, lots of international clients, and all in all a very professional setup offering a pleasant and easy experience.

::This is a large post office in the center of town. It is always crowded, but tends to move along quickly. There are usually sufficient seats so waiting is not unpleasant. Many windows are staffed and some are set aside for specific functions. This makes using the post office more efficient.
