  Found it difficult to find the right address to make the appointment. Once found on the website, the appointment making process was only slightly easier.

  Sometimes or say most times have to wait 20 to 40 minutes. No diary on one of the branches in the city centers Many times just go home and therefore there are even fewer users of the postal service that it brings down even more standards and the queues will be even longer Ruth Wagner 01242961-9

  So far waiting 45 minutes to pick up a registered letter. More than 20 others waiting around. Two registers open. One person tied one of them up for 25 minutes. This is crazy.
