  One of the worst car rental companies in Israel :( They don't have a parking lot, cars are very very far usually, process can take about an hour, and staff are very aggressive and not professional. All other companies nearby are much better.

  Customer service is not that good in Herzilia. In Europe you take the keys and go. Here you have to wait patiently 10 minutes before you can go get your car. I don't understand why it should take so long for pre ordered car

  I booked the car at 7:20 am, to get it at 8:20 ( the office open at 8:00 am).. i waited for over 40 minutes to get it. With no updates for all the time. Probably first and last time i rent here a car.

  Received car 2 hours after ordered. When coming into office they seem not to know many details like my address, etc that I already entered when I ordered the car online. Waited in the office with suitcases and my 7 year old for > 30 minuten after paper work was done. They had to get the car from somewhere else. Badly organized. Finally got the car. Now I have to sign electronic documents 5 times! Crazy. I can only hope the conditions are as advertised online, because by now I am not in the mood to read and compare. Sad to see how many small damages the car has. I am ashamed to drive such car. I escape as quickly as I can, never again
