  Auto für 9 Uhr vorbestellt und um 10 noch nicht da. Das geht gar nicht und zeugt von schlechter Organisation.

  It was a long wait until I got the car.. The car itself was good, although it turned off every traffic light.

  Two times we rented a car here, both times it was ok. Just need got manual gear, although we wanted it.
