  סניף מזעזע!!!!! הזמנתי רכב חודש לפני החג וחיכתי שעתיים בסניף!!!! חוץ מזה שירות גרוע. הזמנתי במחיר מסויים ובחוזה היה כתוב מחיר אחר לגמרי והייתי ממש צריך להתאמץ כדי שיסדרו לי את זה בושה של חברה.

  שרות מדהיםםםם סבלני ואיכותי... יש נציגה בשם שירין חברון... מדהימה.. עם תודעת שירות גבוהה... מנהל הסניף ירון אדם אכפתי וסבלני

  הזמנתי רכב מראש הגעתי למקום הייתי בטוח אני על הכביש תוך חצי שעה חיכיתי רק לנציגת שירות עלאק כחצי שעה אומרים לי יקח קצת זמן מקסימום שעה שמה אין איפה לשבת הסתובבתי בחוץ בחום הירושלמי שעה אני נכנס לברר מה קורה אומרים ל יקח כמה שעות אין רכבים אשכרה דפקו לי את היום אם יש לך מה לעשות בחיים אל תיכנס למקום יש לך הרבה כסף ואתה משועמם ואוהב תורות זה בשבילך

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to rent a car I had reserved online with a deposit of 55 shekels. The second I walked in the guy behind the counter (Kobi) was on a mission to not rent me that vehicle and keep the money I’d already spent online to make the reservation. He grilled me about my passport and not having the blue ticket from the airport and once we got through that he required me to put a deposit payment on my debit card of US$900, even though I’d taken the highest level of insurance. I tried to speak to his manager (which he would not let me do). I stormed out and went to the hertz across the road. They let me do the exact same rental, limited issues and reduced the deposit to a more reasonable US$250. Never go here. Never use Shlomo Sixt.
