  Extraordinary service. We needed some help and they offered to park our car for free a whole day in Jerusalem. It was great help and we would use them again if in Israel. + we went around and asked all the bigger rental companies and they were the cheapest. Thanks!!! 😊

  We rented a car from "Best" car rental in July. At the time the service seemed very good, the car was clean and reliable. We rented the car for 4 days and they charged us the rental rate plus a deposit which should be reversed once the car is returned. I checked my visa statement when we returned to Canada and the over $700 charge was not reversed from my card and they have not responded to my request for a refund or copy of my invoice. 2 months later I also saw a $35 charge on my card from this company with no reasoning behind it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get a hold of them to see why they will not refund me my money and to get them to destroy my credit card information so no more payment are charged on it.

  שירות לא טוב. נוהגים לסגור את הסניף טרם הזמן הקבוע להם. הגעתי להחזיר את הרכב עד שעת סגירת הסניף כפי שנאמרה לי (וכתובה באתר). הגעתי כחצי שעה טרם הזמן אך לא היה איש בסניף וכבר היה סגור. שוחחתי עם המוקד ואף צילמתי תמונה של הרכב השכור עומד מחוץ לסניף בשעה שבה הייתי. למחרת שוחחתי עם אחד המנהלים והסברתי לו את המקרה והוא טען בתוקף שלא הגעתי בזמן, למרות שהשעה בה צולם הרכב מחוץ לסניף מתועדת. זוהי פשוט רמאות!!! הייתי לקוח קבוע של הסניף עד המקרה הזה. הגורם האנושי הוא זה שמכתיב את רמת השירות, ואני התאכזבתי מאוד. חבל שמנהלי הסניף אינם מבינים כיצד להתייחס ללקוחות מיוחדים, או ללקוחות בכלל. ברגע שיבינו ששירות טוב חיוני להצלחה- יגיעו לרמות גבוהות של סיפוק מטעם הלקוח. מבחינתי המקרה הבודד הנ"ל הספיק ולא אחזור לשם לעולם.
