  Stay away from this place. They gave me a car with rotten food inside and a terrible smell. Also, I used the fast lane which costs $1.5, and they charged me an additional $12 for "administrative fees" just because of this. EDIT: after 6 months I got a charge on my credit card for $25 for a transit ticket, with no evidence whatsoever or explanation what it was about.

  Ich bin unschlüssig bzgl. des Service, weil wir bei Anmietung vor Ort mehrfach in die Irre geleitet und dabei nicht wirklich freundlich behandelt wurden. Das Auto wurde uns dann an einer anderen Station (10 Min Autofahrt) übergeben. Bei Rückgabe des Autos in Jerusalem wurde uns die Zeit dann allerdings angerechnet.

  These are total thieves! Never use this company!!! Two months after using then they keep charging me money with no explanation at all. I tried to call them many times but nobody picks the phone nor speaks English. It’s absurd and I can do nothing.

  Fürchterliche Sixt-Station. Das Anmieten trotz Reservierung dauert ewig, das Personal ist unfreundlich. Diese Station ist es weder würdig, im Interconti untergebracht zu sein, noch den Namen Sixt tragen zu dürfen.

  Reserved a car with two child seats over a week prior to arriving. Reconfirmed child seats via email - they stated they don't have rearwardfacing ones. Too bad, can live with that. Received 2 automated emails about upcoming rental. The day before rental they wrote me a personal email notifying me they don't have child seats available. At all. They could have written right away they don't have a car for us. Luckily other rental companies are able to deliver better results within shorter time without much higher prices.
