  Visiting the gallery was just *lovely*, but the positivity is kind of blown. I ordered a couple of items for delivery to the U.S. two weeks ago and am unable to get any information about the transaction other than my credit card being charged. I was given what was supposed to be a tracking number, but when I check, all I get is an error message—“There is no information regarding the Eco Post postal item xxxxxx.” Has it even been sent? When I checked with the gallery, they answered with 6 words—“try again in a few days”. After two weeks? Kind of wish it mattered to them whether I can find out about my order.
