::Had an amazing time thanks to the wonderful staffs. They even dropped off a complementary champagne in our room one day as it was my birthday.

::Outstanding location at a beautifully updated property! We began our three week Israel trip with three nights at the Sheraton, and so enjoyed our experience, that we ended the trip with an additional five nights. In fact, we canceled our previous “boutique” hotel reservation to make it happen! Not only is the location outstanding, offering spectacular views of the sea, but the owners have invested a fortune beautifully updating the property. Our room was appointed with spacious closet and enough dresser drawer space to enable us to completely unpack and settle in. A fabulous shower and of course the bed delivered the expected Sheraton highest level of comfort. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive and clearly took their lead from the front office manager, Tal Golan who seemed to be mindful of the needs of all his guests. A special shout out to Jonathan at check out whose assistance was greatly appreciated and Pearly, in Guest Relations, who always handled any phone request with warmth and a terrific follow through. Our stay included the spectacular breakfast buffet that was so filling, we often didn’t eat again until dinner. With smaller hotels and AirBnb’s people can easily forget the remarkable difference a full service hotel in a breathtaking location can provide. We will not! We plan to stay here again in the future.

::Today, on the one of the most difficult days in the modern history of Ukraine, I came to protest against russia near the embassy of the aggressor country. My friends came with me. My friend Anya felt sick. I went to the nearby Sheraton Hotel to buy some water. When I returned to my friends, Anya began to get swoon. We decided to go to the hotel lobby so she could sit down. At the door she faited and we literally carried her in our arms. The hotel staff, security and the manager asked to leave out and behaved aggressively. I quote: "People will arrive to us soon, you are taking their seat, get out!". I have a question: "Are we not people!?" Help was not offered! Moreover, the manager said: "Call an ambulance and leave." I haven't seen such inhumanity in a very long time. And this is a hotel, which in its core should be the epitome of hospitality. I think that these people (the security guard and the girl who introduced herself as the manager) have no place in the hospitality industry. Shame on you, Sheraton!
