::The pizzas of this chain are great, of course, but the experience I had with this branch is unbecoming. The pizza I ordered came excessively cooked as if it was forgotten in the oven, with the cheese being quite brown & stiff.

::We've been numerous times as my children love Pizza. We've had disappointing customer service in the past. Today was extremely upsetting. After waiting a really long time for our order, they messed up our order, we asked to exchange two slices from one of our pies for two slices from a pie sitting on the counter as my 5 year old was crying for more. Noam, working the counter refused. I offered to buy a few slices in addition to the cheesy bites and pie that i already paid for. He told me that they don't sell single slices. All said, disappointing experience. I would've given one star for the service and wait, but 4 stars for the pizza.
