  It’s the best place to go in the city if you want to get frustrated over waiting over 30 minutes even when you have an appointment. No one follows the rules and the employees allow it. The service is always bad, and the wait times are always long. Even if 6 people are working the shift, only 2 or 3 will actually accept customers. What’s the point of the number system when the employees don’t follow it? Avoid this place at all costs.

  i still don’t know why this place is still allowed to exist. It’s a miserable experience every time you walk in. Rude behavior. Let some private company take this place over and do a much better job

  Very bad service all staff very rash behavior. If there is any question asked to the staff here they are talking very badly.give a good class for behavior

  There might be nothing worse in the world than this post office. The whole thing should be replaced by machines- even a robot running on windows 95 will be more efficient. Anyone who left a review that says otherwise (e.g. saying that the staff is efficient (lol!!) or that this is a modern post office) is probably a time traveler from the past that has never seen the modern world or an employee of this office.
