::I am an American, I needed to ship items home. Ani lo medeber Hebrit. I can't read it, either. Fortunately, English options were available and the appointment number appeared in English on a screen. One person on staff spoke enough English to help the woman who was helping me. We managed to get it done, and efficiently. Because of COVID-19, everything was by online appointment only (Google translate's function in Chrome helps you make an appointment easily if you can't read Hebrew). The phone number is your identifier. I have an Israeli prepaid phone, I don't know if it would have worked with my US number. Anyway, I got there 10 minutes before my appointment started (they give you a window) and finished by the time of my 10:00 AM appointment. Then, I used google translate on my receipt and it thought the word "Kenya" was mentioned. So I scheduled another appointment, rushed back, and the person who could speak some English helped me confirm that it was going to the US. Toda raba to that person! Meanwhile, by the time I got back to the post office to check on the destination, my package was already at the sorting center. Now, of course, this all happened today, so let's see if gets there! Meanwhile, I know many people complain about "attitudes" etc. with people in customer service positions. Just be happy they were efficient and managed to communicate across a language barrier, yes?

::Too long a wait, not enough counters working. The space is too small for all the people needing service. It is helpful that the registered letters and packages are upstairs.
