  The service is inefficient. There is no answer to basic questions that are asked. Reluctance to help and respond. Lack of professionalism. And impatience towards the customer.

  There are no shortcomings in the Israel Post. But when it comes to human relations - I think I found the worst of them all. I have no idea even what the name of the lady who called to bark at me this morning regarding an invitation that apparently had the wrong address on it. Without any prior knowledge, I receive a reprimand call from the most vile body in the State of Israel - who are you, madam? What did you do there in the Israel Post that you take it out on me?
