  The post office is open in a few hours and even when it is open it is run inefficiently with too few staff members for the amount of people who come. Whenever I arrive there is a huge queue that takes over 20 minutes. Do not recommend requesting it as a mail collection point

  needs to be way better this is so bad and slow im going there almost every mounth and the waiting takes longer and longer F-

  Amos, the employees do not withstand the pressure and distribute wrong packages to people (!!!) There was not once that I came and moved part, always think that a package is missing, or that the package was "lost" (reached someone else, registered collected so they insist I collected and forgot and send to talk about a representative Israel Post service, disclaimer.Other times just mistakes, they are sure the package is not in the branch due to a mess and have to really argue with them check again and again, in the end they find it and do not apologize.I understand their attitude, it is impossible to work this way with a queue So long and works one or two counters. (Also seen under 18). I have to run to pick up the package as soon as I receive another SMS my package will accidentally reach someone else and the money is lost. Plus there is no phone you can call to find out details with them. My packages are sent there automatically Because of the place of residence. And it has already happened that I got there and found out that the branch is closed and written on a note different hours than what is written on Google and the official website of the Israel Post. Take care of this branch !!!!
