  Make an appointment in advance so you do not have to wait long. There are 4 leaks. There are mailboxes for rent, the option to send letters, receive packages, buy and activate a postal bank account and postal credit cards.

  Sometimes the workers take breaks from chatting to deal with customers. But rarely. they really hate it when you interrupt their chats.

  My point of comparison is the סואר סניף on אגריפס. At least compared to that, the Baka post office is a pleasure to deal with. Lines are generally short unless you come right after business hours (18:00-19:00), so I try to get there early.

  You are at their mercy and they know it. I've seen the place packed and clerks decide to go out to smoke while people wait. A package to my name was returned because they didn't have the patience to look for it. Someone should institute zero stars. Giving them one is more than what they deserve, but they are not alone. Simple: there is no competition.
