  Didn't have too much trouble with this branch usually I'm out in less than 10 minutes even without preordering a place in the line. The problem is with the office itself and the system which misses package arrival notices. If you order a package, don't count on them too much to tell you it arrived, check in their site with the tracking number.

  שירות גרוע איבדו לי חבילה האשימו אותי ואז אמרו לי שמצאו אותה הלכתי לשם ולא מצאו אותה.

  Always a lot of people and a big queue! Advise: take advantage of pre-ordering queue on the Israel Post site or in the same name application. Then, the waiting time will be a few minutes instead of half an hour or more.
