  I would like to express my gratitude to Noa Spieler who brought me back to my feet when I was in huge despair and taught me how to take care of myself and stay out of pain in the long run. Noa supported me through my convalescence from a severely herniated disc after birth with professional advice and kind words of encouragement. I owe her my ability to return back to normal life and sanity without a spinal surgery in a time when doctors didn't believe conservative treatment would help me. She created a personal training framework for me that strengthened me and gave me back control of my body. She provided me with a set of techniques on how to avoid major flare-ups and overcome pain attacks in the future. Thanks to Noa I was able to enjoy a pain-free second pregnancy as soon as just a year later. She supported me with an adapted pregnancy training program that kept me fit during this period and allowed me to keep up with my everyday workload. Her preparation on post-birth behavior was the key to my quick recovery after the c-section. I highly recommend Noa both as a professional and as a person to anyone in need of pain management or recovering from major physical trauma. She brings professionalism and dedication coupled with great personal touch, patience and the ability to listen, which is exactly what every patient needs, and yet so difficult to find.
