::Arrived on Friday, March 19, at 11 AM, during alleged opening hours. The place was closed and there was a sign saying "sorry, we're closed on Sunday, March 19. Happy Purim". 1. How is this OK? I came especially since this is far from my home, and the Israeli post decided to send my package there for some random reason. 2. It was Friday, not Sunday. 3. It was Pesach, not Purim. Terrible service.

::Very slow service, the place is not comfortable, still in renovations, no sitting area despite a long line. At the entrance no one explains where to go, there's an empty desk which you're supposed to ignore and move forward inside, through confusing corridors and tiny rooms. After you successfully make it to where the line starts inside, you wait, standing. The number of people should be limited, and they try to control it, but it doesn't seem to work. Too many people in a small space, with not enough ventilation and nowhere to sit. I was quite uncomfortable and it felt like forever until it was my turn to get my package and find my way back out. There has to be a way to improve the service, especially when people don't have a choice but to use it. The people at the desk were nice and did a good job. :)

::It was written that it opened at 8:00, when I arrived I was reprimanded for opening only at 8:30. At 8:20 a guy arrived who said it only opened at 9:30. When people said they were waiting over 40 minutes, claimed "I do not owe you anything", kept shouting came to swearing and verbal violence, I ran away and do not want to go back. It is not clear how the Israel Post gives my package to such a place. Israel Post, how do I get the package out of there? Of course all this time the guy was and refused to put on a mask.

::Unpleasant service. No order, no strictness of distance. It is not clear according to what my package was moved from Ramat Aviv to this place. Parking is not possible, not even for the disabled. How a private entity gains access to residents' personal data such as an ID number.
