  A great view to Galilee sea, And an interesting historical story, are only part of the attractions worthwhile visiting here. Take a look around at the nature, with wonderful colorful flora. And if you get here early morning you have a good chance to see wild animals having breakfast.

  My wife and I kicked the Jesus Trail back in March 2016. My favorite day was coming on Mount Arbel and it was amazing. Everything was green and flowers all over the place. We had a great time for pictures. Have good shoes and water as you kick the area; bring water cause it can be hot and sunny. The kicking down Mount Arbel take your time and hold on the walls. There are cow and goats all around so watch your step. The Sea of Galilee (Lake of Gennesaret, or Lake Tiberias) is a great view for the top. Bring a your camera you want to take lots of pictures. The trail can be crowded so be ready. I cannot wait to come back and see Mount Arbel again!!!!!

  Breathtaking! Definitely one of the most beautiful places to visit in Israel. Interesting how there are very few fences or guard rails. Not a good idea to jump off. The hike can be a short 1/2 hour, 1 hour, or 2-4 hours. The climb down is challenging for kids under 8 or whiney kids. There are steps and wires to help with the climb. Keep in mind if you are going to do the climb down to the path just under the cliff you will need to climb back up to the top to get to your car. (also not recommended if you can only use one hand) Also keep in mind it's a nature reserve and therefore costs money to enter the park.

  A great place to hike and and to view the Sea of Galilee! Most beautiful in the spring after the rains have come.
