  We arrived at ten to six to open an account for a girl starting national service, took a tax and sat down to wait. There were 3 clerks and another clerk in a standing position and it is not clear to me what his job is exactly but when we did not get treatment we approached him with the question of getting service according to the cuflor because we took tax and we are waiting, no customers waiting and still no reading. Ask first what we need and go to the clerk who was sitting without a client. Repeatedly asked for the girl's details arguing that an appointment should be made to get to the bank. I explained that there is no one waiting so if possible we will just wait for her until she becomes available because it does not sound right to me to send a "customer" who has been sitting and waiting for 10 minutes and there are no more customers. The clerk apparently tried to help and turned to the clerk again and the clerk approached us and explained that opening an account takes 40 minutes and closing the bank at six and a quarter (it was already six o'clock). Does it really take 40 minutes to open an account for a girl who starts national service? So I came out with an annoying experience :) and it took us a while to open an account there ..

  There is no bank, there is no queue and the officials are very nice
