::Good afternoon, About 30 years ago an account was opened in my name by my grandparents at Bank Leumi. About nine months ago I transferred the amount to my account and closed the account, the account was closed in Haifa at the Horev branch. For some reason I still receive letters that the account is active. -15.3.2021 I called the center to find out if the account is still active or closed and the letters are only annual reports, etc. I called your center and could not reach a service representative but only a technical support representative from whom I could not understand how to get a human response to help. 11 in the morning, and it turned out that I had reached an individual banking representative. The first representative was not the nicest but transferred me to another representative. The second representative was no longer really helpful and pleasant. She did not agree to help me even by giving me a phone number and only said she could not give me information The same representative transferred me to another representative, and I waited on the line for about 10 minutes without any answer) and as mentioned this is a branch, not a general call center ... If it is a long wait it is worth updating me in advance and not letting me dry on the line feeling just evading me. To the branch again, another private banker answered me ) In my first opinion (which again did not agree to help even though I asked for a number or just information on how to act. I did not expect to be given confidential information but only to be guided by whom to contact. I came out feeling very frustrated and really have no idea who to turn to to make an inquiry which in essence is quite simple. I am also willing to make an appointment but I did not even get to raise this option because the service representatives I spoke to only answered me with the mantra of "I have no way to help you" and waved me off. I would like to point out that Bank Leumi has additional accounts of my family members. I talked to my mother about it and she shared with me that she too is not happy and that this conduct does not surprise her at all. We will probably close all of our family's accounts at Leumi due to the bad service experience.
