::We were there for a 2 nights weekend, all-inclusive, all gluten free for the entire stay. It was organized with the celiac rights organization. It was so good we went out of the hotel only once for a couple of hours just to stretch our legs. All the rest of the time we were enjoying the facilities and activities the hotel has to offer. Highly recommended!

::In short: The worst hotel experience I ever had. Pros: The bathroom was refurbished and modern. The rooms were spotless. Cons: The variety & quality of the food was horrible. The hotel, on purpose, made the cooks prepare a very small amount of protein food (more expensive - meat and fish, most of the people had to wait 20-30 minutes for the cooks to fill the buffet). The professional level of the cooks isn't acceptable - the cook didn't know how to cut me a piece of meat. During lunch, the hotel decided to serve only meat using plastic plates and disposable cutlery. Around 15-20 guests experienced diarrhea during my stay - the hotel ignored their complaints. The professional level of the lifeguards is unacceptable - they almost made a child physically disabled by totally ignoring safety rules using the water slides, even after explicitly warning them. The main pool, in its deepest point, was maybe 90-100 cm deep. The room itself is very old, tiny TV, old furniture and a weak AC unit.

::So i debated between 4 and five stars. When it comes to what you get for your buck this place easily lands itself at five stars. However some of the commodities are not up to highest standard. Really though the bartender Iliyah from Belarus made me add another star. What a man. I love him. Let him know.
