::The hotel is not very clean and run down. The cleaning staff do a bad job of not cleaning the rooms. The toilet of the room ( a suite...) I stayed in smells like a misused public toilet. The disposae paper cups I used were not changed for the entire 3 days. The sofa in the living room had only one back rest as against two. The staff do not pay attention to details and not very polite. This is my last stop in a 7 day stay in Isreal and my holiday was almost ruined. I had to check out to go stay in another hotel for one night Charles

::This isn't the first time I'm visiting and enjoying the Spa in this hotel. Pleasant atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly service and professional massage. From the pool floor, you can enjoy the urban view of Tel Aviv. Recommended

::The service is excellent, the hotel staff are very attentive to our needs. Our room is particularly nice, with a beautiful view and lots of sunlight. But I must say the breakfast is amazing. This is my first time to Israel, and it is a delight to wake up to so much delectable variety. From the family of 1608 and 1609, thank you very much!
