  The apartments are centrally and conveniently located within walking distance to the old city, and mass transit. They communicated with us early, and the host was cheerful and easy to reach. Because the apartment that we booked was under renovation, we were moved to a property down the street. The new apartment was spacious and had a modern remodel, but many basics were overlooked. Several balcony doors would not lock, and most of the dishes had been put away dirty. Considering there is a $50 cleaning fee included in the cost, one would think that someone actually comes through after guests leave and makes sure everything is clean. Lastly, the pool at the new property was only open a few hours daily, right in the middle of peak touring times, which was highly inconvenient, and a major drawback. We only booked with Sweet Inn because of their pool availability for our children, and felt the limited pool use was a mis-representation of their services. In fact, one day the 'lifeguard/caretaker' closed an hour early because of a personal appointment. We were finally given access to a pool in a building down the street, which was a good gesture, but still inconvenient for the price point of this hotel. Our host was pleasant and attentive, so I commend her on her customer service skills, but the management has yet to correct the issue with us. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay, and could easily be a 'great' place to stay, if the management is willing to pay a little attention to detail.

  Me gusto xq esta muy bien ubicado, los dormitorios son pequeños pero el Depto esta bien terminado
