  Leon is a pain in my a**. Literally. In the best sense of the expression. He is also super pleasant to work with, has a keen sense of observation that he employs to tailor the workout to my pace and weak spots and constantly changes it up so it's never boring. As a bonus he offers sound advice and tips that aid progress in achieving goals.

  I think that Leon is a great trainer. His patience and support give one a lot of help. When doing some of his exercises like TRX, and he has you pulling on the straps, your literally off balance, but he talks you through it and you feel his support. I'm with him less that 2 months and I feel that my muscles and weight are getting there.

  I started with Leon in February and haven't looked back since. He is friendly, personable and motivates me to get the best out of every session. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, regardless of age, gender or well-being.

  In a word, awesome. Leon is professional, attentive, motivating, and I have really seen results. I could not be more satisfied! As a doctor myself, I respect Leon's knowledge of anatomy, and how considerate he is of injuries. He modifies exercises expertly to suit my particular needs and limitations (so I never feel bad about having a bad hip, or some random pain, he just works with me safely). I came to Leon after basically not working out for 2 years since getting pregnant with my first child. Just a few months later now, I feel awesome in my summer clothes. He found ways to use the furniture and space in our home for unique and effective workouts after I put my son to sleep. Leon is encouraging and creative. He has provided wise and professional nutritional counseling as well. He came very highly recommended, and I can join all those people in saying yeah, he's freaking amazing.
