  השירות היה בינוני אבל האוכל היה טעים ויש הרבה מבחר בתפריט. המחיר קצת יקר.

  While the food is pretty good, the service provided with delivery is abysmal. The person answering the phone has no respect for the customer calling. They promise delivery I 60 minutes or less, however, when I called after waiting 75 minutes, I was told that my food was on it's way 'motek'. This is considered rude and demeaning when talking to a person who is not ur friend, lover, or child. Shameless.

  אוכל מדהים, סושי מושלם, הבשר והעוף בתפריט עשוי נכון מתובל טוב, שירות פצצה יש אפשרות טייק אווי הבית אפשר להזמין משלוחים וזה מגיע יחסית מאוד מהר, האוכל מגיע מהר גם במקום, כל החומרים טריים ומוכנים במקום את הסושי גם מכינים במקום וחומרי הגלם איכותיים טריים ונחתכים במקום. יש במסעדה שירותים נקי, שירות מלצרות, ואפשרות ישיבה בחוץ ובפנים, שורה תחתונה; מסעדת הסושי הכי טובה שביקרתי בה עד כה ( התמונה המצורפת זה במשלוח הבית)

  Would not recommend. Short summary: *They changed owners *They no longer provide rice with their Lemon Chicken *Their manager does not know how to count and what’s on their menu *If you write a note in your order due to a substitution, allergy, or dietary restriction. They just won’t read it. Hope you have an EpiPen. *They provided worse than typical Israeli customer service. I loved to order their Lemon chicken via 10Bis. When it was delivered it always came with a side of rice. It cost me 51₪ unless there was a 10Bis discount. It’s very tasty and was filling. The sauce came in a different container so the chicken would not get soggy. It never said that there was supposed to be a side of rice but it’s not even a meal if it’s just the pieces of chicken and sauce. Well, today they delivered it without rice. My coworker called them to find out why the rice was not provided and they said that it was not part of the meal. The order requested that one of the orders have rice noodles instead of rice. We asked that if that was the case, why did they not call us and tell that they could not switch the rice with noodles because the meal did not come with rice. They informed us that they ignore that section so if you have an allergy, good luck. If we wanted rice, we could have ordered the version that came with rice at 75₪ and for now we could order more rice for 25₪ each and they would deliver it. I found this odd since a side of rice on their site and on 10bis says its 15₪ and that their site did no offer another version of the Lemon Chicken with rice. After they offered their negative, degrading, and insulting feedback, they told us that the old owners must have offered a side of rice with the meal but the new ones do not. I’m not sure why they thought we were hard of hearing but at the end of the conversation they started to raise their voice to the point that they must have been yelling. So I went to Wakaway and ordered a side of rice for 5₪. With the rice it was still very tasty and filling. I’m including a photo of the food. Ill try to also attach screenshots of their site. So you can see the price of their rice is 15₪ and that they do not offer the Lemon Chicken with rice for 75₪.

  הייתי בסניף גבעת שמואל הרבה פעמים ותמיד הייתי מרוצה, אבל הפעם האחרונה הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת. זה התחיל עם מלצרים לא מקצועיים (יותר מאחד), טעויות במנות ותפריט לא מעודכן. השיא היה המנהל\בעלים שניסה לנפנף את כל הטענות כשפנינו אליו בסוף, (בזמן שאכלנו הוא די התעלם), ואז התחיל לבוא אלינו בטענות, להאשים את כל הצוות חוץ ממנו כמובן, ולהתכחש לטענות שלנו. לבסוף הוא אפילו ניסה לעמת אותנו מול אחד מהמלצרים. זו לא תודעת שירות, אפילו לא התנהגות בסיסית. גם אם אתה לא מסכים עם הטענות לפחות תקשיב ותתייחס ללקוחות ולצוות שלך בכבוד מינימלי, זה לא שביקשנו פיצוי או שיחליפו את המנה עם הטעויות או משהו (כל הדיון נערך לאחר ששילמנו). בקיצור-טעון שיפור
