  There is difficulty in providing service I arrived with a child with special needs for a package The service was disgraceful, the employee marketed an elderly guy to a smoke detector and after 15 minutes he was not interested I asked for service (there is a queue solved) I was referred to another non-mail clerk claiming she was busy with a customer and I would wait, the other clerk read Why did I come to her because I asked for a package, she returned me to the same clerk of the packages and she is still trying to convince the elderly to buy the smoke detector .. I told her that the clerk who sent her might not be able to give me service, she insisted I wait ... when I asked her to give me the package And continue with the campaign of persuasion I was wrong, she claims she still gives service to the same old man, which was even more shameful the amounts in which she marketed the device for 120 NIS instead of the same old man can buy 2 as in 100 in Ace, later, she spoke to me contemptuously with the words "come on come on" shame!! It was not clear to me why the conduct was such. Public servant ?? With a religious headdress? I will not post the representative photo. But it boils down to a question - why?

  I made an appointment from home this morning. Most of the queues were free. I concluded that there is no long wait. I arrived there was a long queue of people waiting outside, the guard puts people in without a queue. I should note most of them had to enter without a queue, disabled, with babies etc .... but must also regulate who booked a queue, I entered 45 minutes after the date set for me. I have no complaints to any of the employees. But one must check how to improve the waiting time
