  I ordered a queue in advance, the wait exceeded an hour and a half. He spent all the time on his feet as the department was overcrowded and did not want to expose himself to the danger of infection. If it was possible to put 0 I would gladly do it.

  Terrible waits. The SMS alert allows only 2 minutes to return so one can't do anything during the time without risking losing your turn.
