  I an appointment online and I didn't have to wait. The woman helped me with everything I need it. She spoke English and was friendly. My advice go early between 08.25 and 10.00 so you don't need to wait a long time. Also I was there for bank business not a backage.

  ADDITIONAL REVIEW. After 2 years of the most worst service they recently made it the most worst ever, deducting operational hours: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. Other days 8 am to 12 pm. Friday and Suterday are closed. Also they forwarded some my parcels to other far far branches. Thank you very much, as you care about us, dear דואר ישראל ! OLD REVIEW. I came to this postal office at 17:55 and got my ticket with number 222. I spent 1.5 hour in the line. It was open only 2 windows of 4 (in a prime time!!!). At 19:35 my turn has finnaly happened. I was trying to send a parcel abroad but the clerk coud not recieve my parcel in a reason of out of stock carton boxes. A manager from this branch was very rude in the conversation with me and pointed me to get out from the post office when i started complain about the 1.5 hour line and abscence of carton boxes in their stock. I think the managment of this branch must be improved from the top. Anyway If you cannot make an electronic ticket for visiting this post office, be sure you will spend a lot of time in the line, because they have no ANY PRIORITY to serve regular printed tickets!!!
