  I tried to make an appointment to get a package There were no queues at all the closest queue only for another three days. So I went through the area and went in to ask if it was possible to take out one package even though I had no queue. The place was empty !!! The clerk made a face as if doing a favor that answers me ... and said she was queuing. No problem, there must be an appointment, at least you will give an answer in a respectful manner.! The hallucination that the place is empty and not giving service is just disgusting !! Very very disappointing

  It is very sad to see that this is what services for the citizen look like. Although all those invited to the branch arrive only after making an appointment, which is for a certain hour, the wait is unreasonable. I waited over half an hour for my turn. And it turned out that I was still in relatively good condition, since after a young mother arrived who discovered to her amazement that there were 20 customers ahead of her. Hopefully the incoming communications minister will be more attentive than his predecessors.
