::Shocking service. Even if you make an appointment you wait long minutes in line even though one clerk is working and the rest are talking on a cell phone or drinking coffee in an inner room. And when you are finally treated, do it with a sour face, make no effort to come towards the customer, just disrespect the customer public. Too bad they have no replacement!
