  Shocking service. Even if you make an appointment you wait long minutes in line even though one clerk is working and the rest are talking on a cell phone or drinking coffee in an inner room. And when you are finally treated, do it with a sour face, make no effort to come towards the customer, just disrespect the customer public. Too bad they have no replacement!

  Nothing works good, all the time you have to feel your self like "zero". Have much time ? - go there.
